Lifetime Fire and Burglary Warranty

All safes purchased through INKAS® Safes are backed by a Lifetime Warranty against burglary and fire. All safe purchases are required to be properly anchored to the floor in order to qualify for the Lifetime Burglary Warranty. Any safe purchase that is found not to be properly anchored to the floor will not be eligible for the repair or replacement under the Lifetime Burglary Warranty. Customers will be required to supply all necessary documents to an authorized INKAS® Safes representative prior to the repair or replacement by the same or comparable model to include shipping to the original address of purchase. 1 Year Full Warranty

INKAS® Safes provide warranty to all parts and labor, excluding all digital components, on all safes purchased for a period of one year from date of purchase against any manufacture defects. All digital components will be warranted for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. Only digital components that are factory installed or installed by an INKAS® Safes technician prior to shipment will be covered under the 90-day warranty. Resetting of any combination on a Group II combination dial lock must be preformed by a qualified licensed locksmith otherwise the warranty will become void on the Group II combination dial. This warranty is valid for the original customer of purchase and is non-transferable. All customers are required to supply all necessary documents to an INKAS® Safes representative before any repairs can be approved. At no time will INKAS® Safes approve a repair that exceeds the original purchase price of the safe. INKAS® Safes sole discretion under this warranty, is at INKAS® Safes owe option and owes expense. INKAS® Safes will either repair the defect safe or part, will deliver to the customer the same or comparable safe or part for replacement of the defect part, or if neither of the two forgoing options is reasonably available, INKAS® Safes may, at its own discretion refund the customer the original purchase price paid for the defective safe. All safes and parts that are replaced or refunded become the sole property of INKAS® Safes. Replacement safes will be either the same or a comparable model and will include shipping to the original address of purchase. At no time will INKAS® Safes become liable for the cost of installation and/or removal of a safe under warranty or any contents or valuables that may be stored inside the safe. It will be the sole responsibility of the customer to fully packaged and secured any defective safe to a pallet prior to return. Warranty refunds or replacements can only be processed after the defective safe is returned and received by INKAS® Safes.

INKAS® Safes reserve the right to make the final judgment to all warranty issues due to the many variables of circumstances that may arise during the damage of the safe including the right to refund the purchase price of a safe to resolve a conflict. This warranty does not cover the damage due to neglect, tampering, mishandling, or abuse. All warranty issues must be approved by INKAS® Safes before replacing the safe or having repair work done. If a warranty repair is completed prior to obtaining an approval from INKAS® Safes, INKAS® Safes reserve the right to refuse payment to the service provider or reimbursement to the customer. INKAS® Safes is not responsible for any of the contents or valuables that may be stored in the safe at the time damages occur. At no time will INKAS® Safes become liable for the cost of installation and/or removal of a safe under warranty or any contents or valuables that may be stored inside the safe. Please note that INKAS® Safes does reserve at right at our discretion to either replace or refund the original purchase price of any safe. Warranty Claims

An authorized INKAS® Safes representative must approve all claims against INKAS® Safes products. All repairs must be approved by an INKAS® Safes representative before any warranty repairs can be completed. If a warranty repair is completed prior to obtaining approval from INKAS® Safes, INKAS® Safes do reserve the right to refuse payment to the service provider or reimbursement to the customer for the unauthorized repairs.
